Biography

Carla came to the University from Missouri Military Academy where she was the executive assistant to the academic dean. Her history is steeped in education, from a bachelor’s degree in Christian Education from Concordia University in St. Paul, MN to working as a Director of Christian education in multiple churches teaching and providing leadership in many areas of ministry. Carla is passionate about helping people discover their gifts and talents and encouraging them to learn and grow to their fullest potential. Carla is married to Rey and has 3 daughters, 1 grandson, 1 stepson, and lots of houseplants. She enjoys reading, and spending time with family and friends.
